Shipping policy

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you promptly and provide updates.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order. If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (minus shipping costs).

We take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For inquiries about shipping outside our standard coverage area, please contact us directly. If international shipping is arranged, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to their country.
