Refund policy

Delivery and Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, it is the Customers responsibility to inspect the goods immediately. Paving materials are heavy and fragile; please ensure a suitable area is prepared for offloading.

Damaged of Defective Goods

If any products are received damaged or defective, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Notification must be made via phone/ email and should include photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Once verified, the company will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the affected items.
  • Claims made after the 48 hour window may not be accepted.

Returns of not defective products 

The company accepts the return of unused products and undamaged products, provided the customer notifies the company within 48 hours.

  • All returns must be in there original packaging and in the condition suitable for resale. 
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed, weathered, or damaged after delivery. 
  • We cannot accept returns Products like: Cement, Primer Slurry, Grouts Tubs, Aggregates etc 

Fees and Charges For Returns 

All eligible returns (excluding those for defective goods) are subject to the following cost:

  • Restocking Charge: A Fee of 30% of the total value of the returned goods will be deducted from the refund.
  • Collection charge: if the company is required to collect the goods, a collection charge will apply. This fee varies based on location and weight. 
  • Shipping Cost: The customer is solely responsible for the shipping and transportation cost associated with returning the products to our depot. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed only after the goods have been received and inspected by our team. If the Team Inspects the products and finds any damages the refund can be refused. The final refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 30% restocking Fee and any applicable charges that apply, like Collection Charge etc

 

Product Variations 

The Customers acknowledgement that paving products are made from natural materials or manufactured batches. minor variations in colour, texture, and size are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects
